About the Company
Welcome to Holdover Apparel Co. and thank you for supporting our small business.
CIFFC defines Holdover as:
Holdover Fire: A fire that remains dormant and undetected
for a considerable amount of time after it starts.
Treatment: Accurate detection patrols and highly trained fire staff.
We define Holdover as:
Holdover: A slipping mental wellbeing due to fire season stresses that often lies undetected or dormant, which often afflicts wildland firefighters.
Treatment: More mental health resources available to Wildland Firefighters, more awareness, and additional funding to charities who specialize in it.
Our company was created when we realized there was a lack of representation for Wildland Firefighters in the world but even more so for Canadians. Our Goal is simple.. create wildland fire apparel for CANADIAN Wildland firefighters while not compromising on quality or service and ensuring a portion of the profits go to charities that support wildland firefighters.
We currently have 20% of proceeds going to Resilient Minds and the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation

Please feel free to reach out if you have any ideas on how we can better represent our community of firefighters from all reaches of the country or if you know of a reputable charity doing great work for Canadian Wildland Firefighters.
The reason we went with a Print on Demand (POD) service for our clothes is that we are still active fire staff that deploy on a regular basis. With this service we are able to provide you with our services even when we are on an assignment and the selection to make sure our apparel matches your Nomex no matter what colour!
Because of this we may not respond immediately to your inquiries but we promise to get back to you as soon as possible, and if there are any issues we will make it right!
We are very proudly a Canadian owned company, who fulfills our products in Canada.
